The great Park Lane Pizza riddle

Riddle me this: In this image, found on the Park Lane Pizza website, is the pictured pizza unusually large OR is the man with said pizza unusually small? Either way, the Park Lane makes some great, nostalgic pie. Nothing fancy, just straight up pizza.

At some point in 1982, a bicentennial and a Canadian quarter were inserted into a Park Lane Pizza jukebox with the intention of playing "Let's Go" by The Cars. For reasons unknown this action caused a timespace anomaly, forming a self contained temporal loop within the premises. Unnoticed at first, but over time made more acute. Surrounding areas of town would move forward through time while Park Lane Pizza remained fixed inside a timespace rift.
The photo you posted is an example of timespace distortion. The Pizza is in real time - our time. However, the man is stuck within the anomaly, out of porpotion on a basic elemental level. He is only 18 years old but appears considerably aged to our eyes. In 1982 he drove a Trans-am that he souped-up himself, wore a black jean jacket, and had a moustache. I have not seen this man for 26 years, or at least not seen him in his un-altered state. He was my older brother and I miss him dearly...
