He did write a letter to Obama, I guess the front of the envelope said "from 43: to 44". Kind of amusing in that Prisoner kind of way.. which probably was a very accurate description of what life under Cheney is like.
I believe my favorite part was when before hopping onto "Executive One" W. snapped rigid, spun on his heel and gave Obama a dap and a bro hug. I'm sure that's we he spent the latter days of his administration perfecting...
